Become a member

At the IC D2MCM, university professors, academic staff, technical, service, and administrative personnel, as well as enrolled students of Humboldt University, are eligible for membership. Researchers who are not affiliated with HU can acquire membership in the IC D2MCM as associated members. Membership in both cases is obtained through an application process, and decisions regarding membership applications are made by the Center’s council.

If you’re keen on actively participating in projects involving digitality and digital methods at our Interdisciplinary Centre, please complete the provided membership application, sign it, and return it to iz-d2mcm.contact@hu-berlin.de.

The application will prompt you to specify how you wish to contribute to IC D2MCM. The Centre’s goals are detailed in §2 Sec. 2 a) to e) of the IC D2MCM Bylaws. Our activities encompass joining IC D2MCM working groups, contributing to research, teaching, and event projects, and collaborating with teams and institutions in the field of digitality and digital methods in the humanities, cultural and social sciences in the broadest sense.
